イベントについて
**「Handle with Care」**は、脆さ（ヴァルネラビリティ）と保護のあいだにある緊張関係を探求する継続的なプロジェクトです。また、秘密をめぐる力関係についても考察しています。本プロジェクトでは、預けられたメッセージを内に秘めた、ナイフや剣の形をした磁器彫刻を発表しています。
現在のリサーチ段階では、日本刀の伝統を文脈として本作を展開し、居合道などの武道から着想を得ることで、文化的・哲学的な響きをより深めています。
プロジェクトの一環として、私は羊蹄山と旭岳を撮影するため北海道を訪れています。これらの火山的景観は、変容、緊張、そして隠された力のメタファーとして機能し、磁器の剣の彫刻に内在する「脆さ」「保護」「秘められた秘密」というテーマと共鳴しています。
札幌の皆さまと作品と実践を共有できることを楽しみにしています。アーティスト・トークやワークショップへのご参加、そしてオープンな対話へのご参加を心よりお待ちしています。皆さまと意味のあるつながりを築くことが私の原動力です。どうぞお気軽にご参加ください。
“Handle with Care” is an ongoing project that explores the tension between vulnerability and protection. It also examines the power dynamics surrounding secrets. The project presents porcelain sculptures shaped as knives and swords, which conceal entrusted messages.
The current research phase develops this work within the context of Japanese sword traditions, drawing from martial arts such as Iaido to deepen its cultural and philosophical resonance.
As part of the project, I am travelling to Hokkaido to film Mount Yotei and Mount Asahi-dake. These volcanic landscapes serve as metaphors for transformation, tension, and hidden forces. They resonate with the project’s themes of vulnerability, protection, and concealed secrets in porcelain sword sculptures.

私の創作プロセスと作品を紹介し、秘密に対する芸術的アプローチについてお話しします。ロンドン、ニューヨーク、プラハからのビデオやアートワークのドキュメンテーションと共に、オリジナルの磁器彫刻を展示します。
Please join me as I present my creative process and works, and discuss my artistic approach to secrets. I will showcase an original Porcelain sculpture, as well as video and artwork documentation from London, New York, and Prague.
ワークショップ
私の進行中のプロジェクトに直接関連する「秘密」をテーマにしたワークショップに参加していただきたいと思います。秘密を共有することは、親密で意味のある交換と捉えています。この交換を「与える」という形で捉えています。
I invite you to participate in a workshop centred on the theme of secrets, directly connected to my ongoing project. Sharing secrets is approached as an intimate and meaningful exchange. I frame this exchange as a form of giving.
