展示について

このプロジェクトは、北海道開拓の村と豊平館で私が出会った風景を探求するものです。襖（日本の引き戸）の補修に使われる桜模様の当て紙から着想を得て、時間と色彩の関係について考察しています。新しいものを古いものの上に重ねることで、薄れゆく記憶を修復し、その命を延ばそうとしています。

This project explores the scenes I encountered at the Historical Village of Hokkaido and Hohei-kan. Inspired by the cherry blossom patches used to repair fusuma (Japanese sliding doors), I reflect on the relationship between time and color. By layering the new over the old, I seek to mend and extend the life of these fading memories.
