内容：私たちは、月が潮の満ち引きにどのような影響を与えるか、日光や季節が私たちの気分にどのような影響を与えるかを知っています。しかし、他の惑星、星、小惑星は私たちにどのような影響を与え、そこからどのように学び、私たちの生活を向上させることができるのでしょうか。この3日間のワークショップでは、宇宙と私たちの関係を掘り下げ、より健康で幸せな人生を送るために、アートを媒体としてどのように私たちの夢をよりよく理解することができるかを考えていきます。このワークショップでは、参加者に占星術の基礎と夢の実践の入門を提供することを目的とし、描画能力を向上させるための簡単なテクニックも学びます。
セッション1（5月9日）は基礎編
第1回目の今回は、占星術の概要とバースチャートの読み方について説明します。五行（宇宙、火、地、空気、水）といくつかの主要な惑星に焦点を当てます。また、仏教の観点から、夢とその重要性、そして、人生をより明確にするための夢の扱い方について紹介します。セッションの最後には、持ち帰りのアート課題も用意されています。
セッション2（5月11日）は、瞑想の時間です。
このセッションでは、自分の夢とその解釈の仕方、そして自分の占星術のチャート（出生図）と関連付けることを検討します。また、私たちの作品を共有し、ドローイングの練習を向上させるためのテクニックを確認します。
セッション3（5月12日）は、統合です。
この最終セッションでは、日常生活での練習を、ワークショップ終了後にも役立つことを目的とした自宅での練習に統合します。このワークショップで学ぶスキルは、生涯にわたって身につけることができます。

Astroworkshop on the Dreamworld
We know how the moon effects the tides and how sunlight and seasons have an effect on our mood. But how do other planets, stars and asteroids influence us and how can we learn from this to improve our lives? In this 3 day workshop, we will dive into our relationship with the cosmos and how we can use art as a medium to better understand our dreams for a healthier and happier life. This workshop aims to offer participants a foundation in astrology and an introduction to dream practice, along with easy to learn techniques for improving drawing abilities.
Session 1 (May 9) is the foundation
This first session will be an overview of astrology and how to read a birth chart. We will focus on the five elements (space, fire, earth, air, and water) as well as a few key planets. We will also introduce dreams, their importance, and how to work with them to find greater clarity in our lives from a Buddhist perspective. The session will conclude with a take home art assignment.
Session 2 (May 11) is a contemplation
In this session we will review our dreams and how they can be interpreted as well as relating them to our own astrological charts (natal charts). We will also share our artwork and review techniques to improve our drawing practice.
Session 3 (May 12) is the integration
In this final session we will consolidate our practice for our day to day life into an at home progression that aims to be beneficial long after the workshop concludes. The skills we will go over can be developed over the course of a lifetime.

rumu 流無 graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, Italy. rumu is a certified astrologer and is currently studying Sowa Rigpa (Traditional Tibetan Medicine) through the Sowa Rigpa Institute in Topanga, California.

概要
チベットの宇宙論によれば、あらゆる現象は四元素で構成されています。幾千年もの観察により、それらの元素が互いにどう反応し合うかが記録されました。古代の医師は、占星術師たちが要素を外部から注意深く観察する一方、内部で元素の均衡を探求していました。占星術師として、私はこれらの元素からインスピレーションを得、Sowa Rigpaの学生として、内なる天体のつながりを探します。氷の結晶が水の言語を反映するのと同様に、私たちの身体と心理は環境の言語を反映します。私たちは外惑星や小惑星で話される言葉もひろいます。私は、不可視で非物質的な夢の領域が、自己と宇宙の間の生態学的な架け橋として機能していると信じています。明晰夢を媒体として、私はそうした現実を発見しようとしています。私が作品で語る物語は、夢の世界での私自身の経験の一時的な反映です。
Profile
rumu 流無 (1997) graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, Italy. rumu is currently studying Sowa Rigpa (Traditional Tibetan Medicine) through the Sowa Rigpa Institute in Topanga, California.
Introduction
According to Tibetan cosmology, all phenomena abiding in space are made of four elements. Thousands of years of observation recorded how these elements react with one another. Ancient physicians sought to balance the elements internally while astrologers closely watched them externally. As an astrologer, I take inspiration from the elements above, and as a student of Sowa Rigpa, I search for the celestial connection within. In the same way an ice crystal reflects the language of water, our body and psychology reflect the language of our environment. We even pick up the words spoken by the outer planets and asteroids. I believe the non-apparent, non-physical realms of dreams act as an ecological bridge between the self and the cosmos. Using lucid dreaming as a medium, I seek to discover these realities. The stories I tell with my work are the transient reflection of my own experience in the dreamworld.
