滞在スタジオの利用条件変更のお知らせ

さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオは、文化芸術活動を行う方に対して、公的支援として創造的活動の場と機会を提供するとともに、当該文化芸術活動を行う方と市民との交流を促進し、市民の創造性を高め、本市における文化芸術の発展を図ることを施設の運営目的としています。

令和５年（2023年）度に札幌市の行政評価委員会から「市民がメリットを享受するため、滞在アーティストと市民との交流は必ず行うようにしていくべきである」との指摘を受けたことから、滞在アーティスト等と札幌市民の交流をより一層促進すること、滞在制作等の成果や市民との交流の効果を把握するために、アンケート調査にご協力いただくことを施設利用の条件と明記した運営要綱に改定いたしました。

つきましては、令和７年４月１日以降の申請受付分から、下記２点について、利用条件が追加となりましたことをお知らせいたします。

１．創造的活動の過程において、積極的に札幌市民（市内で活動しているアーティストなどを含む）と交流すること

２．アンケートに回答すること

（想定している札幌市民との交流例（※１））
・ワークショップ、トークイベント、公開制作、Art & Breakfast Day（※２）などの交流会の参加、公演、展覧会等 　
※１：交流については、さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオの内外を問いません。
　　　天神山アートスタジオ以外での演劇公演への出演など、展覧会への参加、リサーチ 活動に伴う交流なども含みます。
※２：さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオが開催している滞在アーティストや地域住民との交流を目的とした朝食会。

Notice of Changes in Terms of Use for Studio Apartments

The Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio aims to provide a space and opportunities for creative activities as public support for those engaged in cultural arts. Additionally, it seeks to promote interaction between those involved in cultural arts and local citizens, increase the creativity of citizens, and further develop cultural arts in Sapporo.

In response to the Administrative Evaluation Committee of Sapporo’s recommendation in 2023, which stated that “for citizens to enjoy the merits of cultural arts, exchange between local citizens and resident artists must take place,” the Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio has further revised its operational guidelines and terms of use. To further promote exchange between resident artists and Sapporo citizens and to confirm the results and effects of resident artists and their exchanges with citizens, we have revised the operational guidelines and terms of use to require artists’ cooperation in questionnaire surveys.

Therefore, the following two conditions have been added to the terms of use for applications received on and after April 1, 2025.

１．Actively interacting with Sapporo citizens (including artists active in the city) throughout the creative process

２．Responding to surveys

【Examples of expected interactions with Sapporo citizens (※1)】
・Participation in workshops, talk events, live piece creations, Art & Breakfast Days (※2), and other events; public performances; exhibitions
※1：Interactions may occur inside and outside the Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio. This includes performing in theatrical performances outside Tenjinyama Art Studio, participating in exhibitions, and interacting with local artists at research sites.
※2：A breakfast event held to promote exchange between resident artists and locals.
