【What is Circling?】

Circling is a mindful practice to explore and share experiences meaningfully, a meditation through connection. In today’s world, communication can often feel superficial and goal-driven. Circling provides a space to be present, let go of masks, and delve into genuine feelings and curiosities in a supportive environment.
This practice isn’t about pushing boundaries but exploring what feels true for each of us. It’s a chance for deeper, more authentic conversations, with no pressure to share anything uncomfortable; it’s about connection at your own pace.
